C12 I-stud IS50, 50mm width, length 2400mm to 3600mm

Description

C12 I-stud IS50 is a lightweight galvanized steel metal I-stud. Stronger than the C-stud allowing greater maximum heights. With a thickness (gauge) of 5.5 mm, width 50mm and length of  between 2400mm to 3600mm, this is the perfect size for most rooms. Made of cold pressed steel, it is very strong, durable and yet lightweight. It is easy to cut using just tin snips. It is galvanised and so is highly resistant to rust. It has small perforations on the front which allow plasterboard to be fixed easily to it using just ordinary drywall screws. Friction fit between the U-track so very easy to assemble (fixed in place by boarding). It has a reaction to fire classification of A1. Manufactured to EN 14195:2014.
