We are committed to providing ongoing training and development to assist approved installers to maintain standards and also ensure compliance as they install our systems.
Follow these simple steps
To become an approved installer, follow these simple steps.
Open a new account on our Website
Open a new account in the Shop part of our website and then complete the Approved Installer application form in your dashboard.
Book training modules
Book training modules 1 & 2 from the dashboard in your account (one for designers & RC’s, one for install operatives) for the system of your choice.
Complete a live witnessed installation
On Google meet, Teams or Whatsapp video call, we will witness a live installation for that system.
Receive Certificate of Approval for that System
Your company or organisation receives a Certificate of Approval to install that system.
Begin purchasing the System
You can then purchase the products for the system through the online store on our website.
Apply for 25 Year System Warranties
You apply for and receive your 25 Year System Warranties through the dashboard in your account.
Bronze, silver, gold installer levels
To incentivise approved installers to maintain standards of installation and ensure compliance we have set up three installer levels: bronze, silver and gold.
All organisations begin as a bronze level installer. Silver and gold installer levels attract higher levels of discount on system pricing.
